Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:6984529
Table I gave operating data for June 1940 and consisted of entries on (a) distillation, (b) stabilization and washing, (c) operating data, and (d) energy data. Table II gave operating data for October 1941 and included (a) A-distillations, (b) B-distillations, (c) stabilization and washing, (d) operating data, and (e) energy data. The information given for distillation included tons per hour, specific gravity, and tons for catchpot gasoline, thruput, raw gasoline, B-middle oil, off-gas, losses, middle oil yield, and waste water total. The data for stabilization and washing included tons per hour, specific gravity, and tons for raw gasoline, pure gasoline, level change in vessels, off-gas, losses, total, and pure gasoline yield. The operating data included information on converter temperatures at the radiation zone, bottom, and top and the convection zone, oil inlet temperature and pressure, oil outlet temperature and pressure, flue gas percent CO/sub 2/, and operating hours. Energy data information included electrical energy, fuel gas, high-pressure steam, low-pressure steam, sewer water, return water, and fuel gas. 9 tables.
