Distrigas S.A.'s planned 600 million std cu ft/day LNG terminal at Zeebrugge, Belg., will receive, store, and regasify LNG from the 1 billion cu ft/day LNG II facility that is being designed, engineered, and built by Pullman Kellogg for Sonatrach at Arzew, Alger. Tractebel Zeebrugge, which is providing engineering for the terminal, has awarded Pullman Kellogg Ltd. a contract for engineering, procurement, and construction advisory services. Pullman Kellogg participated in feasibility studies and provided process and system design services for Tractebel. The terminal will be located on land recovered from Zeebruggee Harbor.
