Kinetic model of the decomposition of azobisisobutyronitrilein the presence of organoaluminum compounds

An analysis of the kinetic mechanisms of the liberation of gaseous products and the determination of the quantitative characteristics of the basic stages of decomposition of azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) in the presence of organoaluminum compounds (OAC) are reported. Calculations were performed on a computer, and it was shown by the calculations that the proposed kinetic model of the decomposition of AIBN in the presence of organoaluminum compounds permits quantitatively explaining all of the kinetic effects observed.
