On the example of the NN interaction in the constituent quark bag model we discuss the trajectories of the eigenvalues for energy-dependent potentials. We show that in this model the behavior of this eigenvalues is determined by the coefficient of the term in the potential which is linear in the energy. In turn, this coefficient is determined by the admixture of a nucleon component in the bag wave function. The results of the eigenvalue analysis are illustrated in simple examples of /sup 3/S/sub 1/ and /sup 1/S/sub 0/ potentials, which describe the scattering phases up to the energies T/sub L/< or =0.8 GeV.
