Influence of temperature on operational parameters of pCdTe-nCdS film photoconverters

The influence of temperature on the operational parameters of pCdTe-nCdS film photoconverters is studied and the temperature coefficients are determined for the open-circuit voltage dV/sub oc//dT approx. = -1.6 mV/deg and short-circuit current dI/sub sc//dT approx. = 68 ..mu..A/cm/sup 2/.deg (in the temperature range 25 to 100/sup 0/C). The analytic results are in satisfactory agreement with the experimental data.
