Book ·
OSTI ID:5715823
This bill would amend the Natural Gas Act of 1938 to allow companies to store, transport, and sell natural gas for vehicular use without being considered subject to regulation by a state commission. Vehicular natural gas means natural gas that is ultimately used as a fuel in any vehicle, including any automobile, truck, bus, van, on-road or off-road vehicle, boat, airplane, mass transit vehicle, and train. The Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935 would also not be applicable.
