This bill would limit the jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission over local distribution company sales for resale and transportation of natural gas for ultimate consumption as a fuel in motor vehicles. It is the purpose of this bill to ensure an equal opportunity for natural gas to develop as a vehicular fuel and to remove aspects of regulations that may inhibit this development.
