An investigation was made of the properties of tunnel and bridge contacts based on superconducting Nb/sub 3/Ge films. These Nb/sub 3/Ge films were formed by the method of cathodic sputtering. Two values of the energy gap ..delta../sub m/ = 1.3 meV and ..delta../sub b/ = 3.6 meV, associated with the occurrence of two superconducting phases, were observed and it was found that 2..delta../sub b//kT/sub c/ = 4.3. Gaps of subharmonics and Fiske steps were observed. Bridge contacts, formed by double scribing, exhibited step-like current-voltage characteristics in a wide range of temperatures. The step structure was attributed to synchronization of the motion of vortices by an external microwave field.
