This paper discusses ongoing efforts to evaluate the causes and effects of unequal secondary-side chemical contaminant levels between the two steam generators in each unit at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS). PVNGS consists of three duplicate Combustion Engineering two-loop nuclear steam supply systems and is located {approximately}50 miles west of Phoenix, Arizona.
