Users ignoring free advice on low-cost energy savings

Ignoring New York's free energy audits is costing many small firms money. As many as 40% fail to implement the recommendations after the audit is completed. Those companies that have followed up with conservation steps are realizing an average 15% energy reduction. Examples illustrate the potential value of the audit program. (DCK)
