COLLISION INTEGRAL FOR CHARGED PARTICLES IN A MAGNETIC FIELD (in Russian)

An expression is deduced for the collision integial of particles interacting according to Coulomb's law. Screening caused by polarization of the medium is taken into account by means of a complex dielectric permeability tensor, which takes into account the time as well as the space dispersion. (auth)
