Collision term for homogeneous plasma in magnetic field (in Russian)

Journal Article · · Teor. Mat. Fiz., v. 17, no. 2, pp. 283-292

A collision term for homogeneous plasma particles interacting with each other according to the Coulomb law is obtained by the Bogolyubov method. The effect of a constant magnetic field on binary collisions and scattering of panticles on plasma fluctuations is taken into account for a general nonstationary distribution function. The distribution function depends on perpendicular and parallel components of the momentum as well as on the aximuthal angle in the momentum space (with the z-axis parallel to the direction of the magnetic field).
