The correlative distribution function equation that takes into account screening of the charged particle interaction is solved. The correlative function is found. The collision integral is obtained for a multi-type system of relativistic charged particles. The integral is valid, in particular, in describing states that strongly differ from the thermodynamical equilibrium state. It is shown that the screening of Coulomb interactions can be described by a complex dielectrlc permeability tensor. This circumstance permits an extension of the treatment to the case of relativistic distributions, and the calculation of a relativistic collision integral that takes into account screening of the charged particle field.
