Descriptions are given of a gamma -detector scheme with a single semi- conductor triode operating in relay. A halogen counter acts as a transducer. The threshold of relay response is 10/sup 5/ to 3 x 10/sup 2/imp/sec; the time constant is 0.1 to 15 sec. The construction is adapted to industrial requirements. (tr-auth)
