INFLUENCE OF X-IRRADIATION AND NITROMIN ON ACID PHOSPHATASE IN YOSHIDA ASCITES SARCOMA

The influence of x irradiation and nitromin on Yoshida ascites sarcoma, and its relation to the niltotic lndex and to the rise and fall of acid phosphatase in the resting cells (Il form) was studied. The positive rate of acld phosphatase was decreased with the diminution of the mitotic lndex. The positive rate of acid phosphatase in tbe resting cells was also decreased, and it is suggested that these findings are related to internal and external regenerations. (Abstr. Japan Med., 1: No. l5, 1961).
