Test LTTC-1 was conducted in Hole C-48 of the LITR to study the different methods and hardware of attaching PtPt-10% Rd thermocouples to a metallic fuel specimen. The test assembly was inserted on April 21, 1959, and the test operated until the normal weekly shutdown of the LlTR on April 27, 1959. (auth)
