The radiosensitivity of different stages in the life cycle of mouse L cells growing in vitro, and mouse ascites tumor cells growing both in vivo and in vitro, was determined by analyzing the cells for chromosomal damage at anaphase during the first division postirradiation. For the L cells the effect of irradiation on different stages of the life cycle was also studied in terms of cell multiplication and mitotic delay. Data are presented graphically. (auth)
