> Results are presented from studies on the effects of antisera, obtained by inoculation of irradiated rabbits, on the growth of subcutaneously injected Ehrlich's adenocarcinoma cells in irradiated and non-irradiated mice. Results are tabulated. Irradiated inoculated animals showed a marked reduction in tumors on the 8th day after inoculation. Sera against irradiated cells had no effect on the growth of Ehrlich tumor in non-irradiated animals. Immune reactions involved are discussed. (C.H.)
