S>No significant differences were found in the K/sup 40/ and Cs/sup 137/ content of Co/sup 60/ irradiated and non-irradiated canned ham. Since there is no significant increase in activity in the irradiated ham over the non- irradiated, it is assumed that irradiated ham has no induced activity. Data are tabulated from the analysis of Co/sup 60/ irradiated canned chicken, bacon, and beef for induced radioactivity. (C.H.)
