The purpose of this letter is to call attention to the spectral similarity between the burst of telluric current micropulsations produced at College by the July 9, 1962, thermonuclear blast in the South Pacific and many natural bursts of telluric current micropulsations recorded at College (Figures 1 and 2). The College field lines pass over Johnston Island where the explosion occurred.
