PROTECTION BY CYSTEINE OF A PHOSPHATASE EXPOSED TO THE ACTION OF ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION (in French)

Journal Article · · Compt. Rend.
OSTI ID:4712426
Cysteine, which is an inlubitor of phosphatases, exercises d protective action on this enzyme when it is exposed in its presence to the action of ultraviolet radiations. As a result of these two antagonistic effects, there exists an optimum cysteine concentration for which the protective effect with respect to ultraviolet radiation is a maximum. (tr-auth)
