The resu1ts found for the inelastic processes He/sup 3/ + C/sup 12/, i.e., inelastic scattering, pick-up reaction C/sup 12/(He/sup 3/ alpha )C/sup 11/ and stripping reaction C/sup 12/(He/sup 3/,d)N/sup 13/ for 29 Mev He/sup 3/ particles are presented. When possible, the observed angular distributions are compared with theoretical predictions. (auth)
