A device to mount a long-arm reacher or manipulator on top of a wall is patented. The device consists of a carriage, which is fitted to the top of the wall and may be moved along the wall, and a carrier, which engages the part of the manipulator crossing the wall and is connected to the carriage by pivoted links. When mounted in the device, the manipulator can be moved in any direction relative to the wall and can be pivoted about an axis transverse to the wall. (M.P.G.)
