It is shown that in dogs with acute radiation sickness, humoral stimuli disturb the external secretory function of the pancreas. Secretory disorders are associated with this stage of the disease. At the peak of the disease humoral stimulation of the pancreas is minimal. Disturbances of the pancreatic secretion are due to some extent to disorder of secretin formation in the small intestine.
