Translated from Prib. Tekn. Eksp.; 16: No. 4, 69-71(1973). A simple electronic circuit is described that is designed for the spectrometry of fission fragments by means of a semiconductor detector. The circuit performs amplification, selection, and stretching of pulses from fragments and allows their amplitude to be measured for an alpha-particle flux intensity to the detector equal to 10/sup 6/ sec/sup -1/ and a fragment intensity that is 10/sup 8/ to 10/ sup 9/ times smaller. Data are presented on the radiation immunity of p-- n detectors made of low-ohm Si in fluxes of alpha -particles and neutrons. (auth)
