The energies and intensities of the gamma rays following the position and electron capture decay of Ga/sup 65/ were determined by scintillation spectrometry techniques. At least twenty gamma rays de-excite proposed levels in Zn/sup 65/ at the following energies (in kev): 53.95 plus or minus 0.01, 115.13 plus or minus 0.02, 206 plus or minus 2,773 0(?),863 plus or minus 10,1040 plus or minus 15,1310 plus or minus 20, 1480 plus or minus 20, 1970 plus or minus 40, and approximately 2300. A consistent cascade scheme for Zn/sup 65/ is presented which incorporates all of the observed gamma transitions. The first excited state of Zn/sup 65/ was found to be isomeric with a half life of l.65 plus or minus 0.05 mu sec. (auth)
