Journal Article · · Radiat. Res., v. 64, no. 2, pp. 399-400
OSTI ID:4119500

Rats on their 17th day of gestation were given $sup 144$Ce intravenously, either carrier-free or with 143 $mu$g Ce. They were sacrificed 48 hr later, and the $sup 144$Ce contents of their fetuses were determined. The fetuses from the dams that received cerium carrier contained 50 percent more $sup 144$Ce than did those from dams that received no carrier. (auth)
