The author discusses mixing-induced CP violation which can be studied in the D{sup 0}{bar D}{sup 0} system. He reviews work presented in a previous study on Tau Charm Factories for this system. The study is based on the e{sup +}e{sup {minus}} reaction yielding D{sup 0}{bar D}{sup 0} and perhaps a gamma or {pi}{sup 0}, which decay to a shared final state plus hadronic, or semileptonic, or l{sup {+-}}X, or K{sup {+-}}X. The author also reviews the question of the appropriate CM energy to study this reaction at, based on cross sections and abilities to reject backgrounds.
