Range of solid solutions based on PbTe in the PbTe-Tb/sub 2/Te/sub 3/ system

This paper determines the range of solid solutions based on PbTe in the PbTe-Tb/sub 2/Te/sub 3/ system by physicochemical analysis methods. The boundary extends up to 5 mole % Tb/sub 2/Te/sub 3/ at 300 K. Isotherms of electrical conductivity and thermo-emi coefficients were obtained for the alloys on the side of lead telluride.
