Data are compiled from 330 colleges and universities on their total campus and individual building energy cost and consumption for the fiscal year July 1, 1975 through June 30, 1976. The purpose of an Audit Questionnaire mailed to the institutions was to assist these institutions in evaluating their energy performance and to stimulate the exchange of information among institutions regarding policies and procedures for effective energy management.
