The Energy Cost and Consumption Report 1980-81, 1981-82 was initiated by the Energy Task Force in order to establish a data gathering program that encourages colleges and universities to collect energy data for their own use, to provide information to education institutions by generating comparative data, and to provide statistically sound data for the Task Force's state and federal activities. Divided into nine sections, this year's report provides the text of the questionnaire and instruction booklet and individual campus data for comparisons. Institutions are grouped together by state or province. Other sections provide data on central plants, fuel oil, coal, natural gas, and electricity.
