Simulation of production and rupture of quark-gluon strings in PP collisions at ISR energies

An algorithm is proposed for statistical simulation of production and rupture of several quark-gluon strings in inelastic pp collisions. The theoretical multiplicity distributions, the semi-inclusive quasirapidity spectra, the forward-backward correlations, and the semi-inclusive two-particle quasirapidity correlations of secondary charged particles are in good agreement with the experimental data at ISR energies.
