[ital CP] violation in [ital J]/[psi][r arrow][Lambda][bar [Lambda]]

We study [ital CP] violation in [ital J]/[psi][r arrow][Lambda][bar [Lambda]] decay. This decay provides a good place to look for [ital CP] violation. Some observables are very sensitive to the [Lambda] electric dipole moment [ital d][sub [Lambda]] and therefore can be used to improve the experimental upper bound on [ital d][sub [Lambda]]. $CP--- violations in the lepton pair decays of [ital J]/[psi] and [Upsilon] are also discussed.
