Hydrogen-related acceptor complexes in germanium

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:6857036

One or more atoms of hydrogen can combine with other elements, to form shallow acceptor complexes in semiconductors. The acceptor states of several hydrogen-related complexes in germanium have been studied by means of photothermal ionization spectroscopy.
