Conduction-electron spin resonance in Hg/sub 1-x/Cd/sub x/Te solid solutions

Conduction-electron spin resonance in Hg/sub 1-x/Cd/sub x/Te has been examined at 4.2/sup 0/K and 76x10/sup 9/ Hz for a sample with an electron concentration of about 10/sup 1/5 cm/sup -/3. The free-electron g factors derived from the spin resonance are in satisfactory agreement with values calculated from Kane's model.
