This document presents a Regulatory Impact Analysis for the final NO{sub x} SIP call rule, which addresses regional transport issues related to ozone attainment. This analysis expands and updates the previous analyses, to reflect the provisions of the final rule and to provide analysis of the potential benefits and economic impacts as well as the costs, emissions reductions and air quality impacts associated with the rule.
