The digital computer program CYGRO-1 determines stresses and strains in two concentric cylinders undergoing thermal strains and irradiation growth where elastic, plastic, and creep properties are given as functions of temperature, fissioning rate, and integrated flux. In addition to the analysis presented in WAPD-TM-514, the computer program includes fuel sintering and hot-pressing and has provision for including an incompressible center plug. (NSA 20: 39460)
