Using a recently developed relativistic constituent quark model based on the light-front formalism, we evaluate the rare decays {ital B}{r arrow}{ital Kl{bar l}} and {ital B}{r arrow}{ital K}{sup *}{ital l{bar l}}. The branching ratios vary between 10{sup {minus}7} and 10{sup {minus}6} for {ital m}{sub {ital t}} between 100 and 200 GeV. We also give the {ital K} and {ital K}{sup *} energy distributions.
