We consider the sneutrino resonance reaction {ell}{sup +}{ell}{sup {minus}}{r_arrow}{tilde {nu}} {r_arrow}{tau}{sup +}{tau}{sup {minus}} in the minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM) without R parity. We introduce CP-violating and CP-conserving {tau}-spin asymmetries which are generated at {ital tree level } if there is {tilde {nu}}-{anti {tilde {nu}}} mixing and are forbidden in the standard model. At the CERN e{sup +}e{sup {minus}} collider LEP2, these asymmetries may reach {approximately}75{percent} around resonance for sneutrino mass splitting of {Delta}m{approximately}{Gamma}{sub {tilde {nu}}{sub {mu}}} and {approximately}10{percent} for splitting as low as {Delta}m{approximately}0.1{Gamma}{sub {tilde {nu}}{sub {mu}}} . They may be easily detectable if the beam energy is within {approximately}10 GeV around the {tilde {nu}}{sub {mu}} mass and may therefore serve as powerful probes of sneutrino mixing. Future colliders are also discussed. {copyright} {ital 1998} {ital The American Physical Society}
