{ital CP}-violating asymmetries in both the production and the decays of {ital s}-channel neutral Higgs bosons at {mu}{sup +}{mu}{sup {minus}} colliders can be large. If the {ital CP} violation occurs in the muon--Higgs-boson coupling, one observes a production asymmetry with transversely polarized {mu}{sup +}{mu}{sup {minus}} beams. Likewise if the {ital CP} violation occurs in the top-quark--Higgs-boson or {tau}--Higgs-boson coupling, one observes an azimuthal decay asymmetry in {mu}{sup +}{mu}{sup {minus}}{r_arrow}{ital t{bar t}} (or {tau}{sup +}{tau}{sup {minus}}). {ital CP} studies at such colliders allow a uniquely clean way of deducing the underlying {ital CP} phases; in turn these parameters would significantly improve our understanding of baryogenesis.
