The 23rd hearing in three years on enforcement of hazardous-waste regulations reflects legislative concern that environmental rules, and the Superfund law in particular, are implemented. Reporting on the status of enforcement of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 were Anne M.
