Liquefied gas storage system
A system for storing liquefied gas, in comparsion to previously used systems, uses both a pressure and temperature control means where others have used either a temperature control or a pressure control. It consists of a storage tank, a means for filling the tank, and a refrigeration means containing both a pressure and temperature controller which may be set to predetermined pressure and temperature ranges. An arrangement is provided such than any vapors accumulating within the storage tank can be withdrawn and cycled through a refrigeration unit and back into the tank. This system can be adapted for the storage of any desired liquefied gas by adjusting the temperature and pressure ranges on the controlling apparatus. (10 claims)
