Quest for clean air - challenges to the 100th Congress

Among the issues facing the 100th US Congress are ozone standard attainment, indoor air quality, acid rain, and air toxics. These issues were the focus of the 15th annual APCA Government Affair Seminar, held March 17-18, 1987 in Washington, D.C. The seminar is recognized internationally as a leading forum for discussion on US federal environmental legislation. This report contains summaries of the remarks presented.
