Report on the Fourteenth APCA government affairs seminar

The 14th annual Government Affairs Seminar of the Air Pollution Control Association was held March 19-20, 1986 in Washington, DC. The Seminar is recognized internationally as a forum for dialogue on US federal environmental legislation. This report contains the keynote address by J. Craig Potter, Assistant Administrator for Air and Radiation, US EPA, highlights of the luncheon address by J. Gustave Speth, President, World Resources Institute, and summaries of the remarks presented and subsequently submitted for publication by those panelists who attended.
