EPR spectra and structure of 1,2-dihydroxy- and 1,2,4-trihydroxyanthrasemiquinones (in Russian)

The objective of this work was to generate by chemical and electrochemical reduction the semiquinoid radicals of 1,2-dihydroxyanthraquinone (alizarin) and 1,2,4-trihydroxyanthraquinone (purpurin) and to establish their structures from the EPR spectra.
