Calculation of the phase equilibria in the system Pb-Sn-Se

The results of the calculation of the metal-enriched region of the phase diagram (PD) of the ternary system Pb-Sn-Se based on the model of simple regular solutions, with renormalization of the entropies of melting of binary compounds, are presented. It follows from the results that in the metal-enriched region of the PD of the system Pb-Sn-Se the solubility of Se increases monotonically along the isotherm as the Sn content in the melt increases. The distribution factor of Sn increases as the temperature increases.
