The reaction H + NF/sub 2/ ..-->.. NF(/sup 1/..delta..) + HF was investigated by means of a combined EPR/LMR spectrometer under jet conditions. The expression k/sub H/ = (1.9 +- 0.25) /times/ 10/sup /minus/11/ exp(210 +- 60/T) cm/sup 3//sec was obtained for the rate constant at 300-680 K. The secondary reaction NF + NF ..-->.. N/sub 2/ + 2F (k = (5 +- 1) /times/ 10/sup /minus/12/ cm/sup 3//sec) and H + NF ..-->.. N + HF (k = (1.5 +- 0.5) /times/ 10/sup /minus/13/ cm/sup 3//sec) were studied at 300 K.
