Alpha-particle pickup on the /sup 40/Ca and /sup 58/Ni nuclei with the (d, /sup 6/Li) reaction. [54 MeV, angular distributions, spectroscopic factors]

The /sup 40/Ca and /sup 58/Ni(d, /sup 6/Li) reactions were studied at 54 MeV bombaring energy. Four final states in /sup 36/Ar and eight in /sup 54/Fe were identified, and angular distributions were measured. An exact finite range DWBA analysis was carried out and spectroscopic factors compared to those extracted from the data in the reaction (/sup 3/He, /sup 7/Be). 3 references.
