The authors synthesize O,O-Dialkyl-S-alkylthio ( /sup 32/ P) phosphates in a state without carrier by reactions of phosphorous-32 recoil atoms, formed in the reaction /sup 35/Cl (n, alpha) /sup 32/P in the CCl/sub 4/-alkanol-alkanethiol system. Using radiochromatography, they study the kinetics of substitution of the thiol group in O,Odibutyl-S-butylthio ( /sup 32/ P) phosphate. They determine the hydrolysis and transesterification constants.
