Phosphorylation of nitrogen heterocycles. X. Azole catalysis in the phosphorylation by phosphorus-32 recoil atoms

A specific catalytic function was found for azoles in the phosphorylation of alcohols by /sup 32/P recoil atoms due to the intermediate formation of azolido (/sup 32/P)phosphates whose phosphorylating capacity determines the direction of these reactions. The possibility of the Atherton-Todd reaction under nuclear chemical synthesis conditions upon stabilization of phosphorus-32 recoil atoms in the CCl/sub 4/-alkanol-azole system was demonstrated.
